For Buyers

 

Any process I need to go through when I buy my dream house?

Yes. Both party (Seller & Buyer) needs to sign an agreement called Sell & Purchase Agreement 

But before this agreement is sign, both party needs to decide a date of settling the rest of the deposit. Normally, the buyer will be given 3 months period to settle this deposit. Of course, this period is extendable if agree by seller.

The buyer will hand over the deposit to the lawyer for settling the ransom from the bank or financial company and property tax in order to redeem the property. Then the process of transfer can be carried on.

 As the property is being redeem the seller has settled the property tax, the lawyer will submit the transfer form to Land Service for registration. If the transfer form is approved, the lawyer will hand over the rest of the deposit to the seller. At the same time, the seller has to pass the right of the property to the buyer as final realize.

I’m looking for property, how can I know which is open for sale?

There’s a lot of advertisement on newspaper, website, and the signboard on the property for sell as well as the signboard at our office. You can search for your dream house from there.

I want rent a property but I don’t know which property is available in market?

Don’t worry. You can easily find in the advertisement in newspaper, our signboard and in the property listing of our website. You also can call in ask for detail of the property you’re interested on, our number is 088-241234.

I’ve a property in mind and want to rent it. What should I do?

Once the property in our listing is satisfying your needs. Both party (landlord & tenant) needs to sign an agreement called Tenancy Agreement.

What is the minimum period of renting?

1 year and above.
