FAQ: Loan Applicant Guide line & Requirement


  • Check & compare for the best deal of the loan packages which is offered by a few bank & financial institutions.
  • Ensure that you have qualified & have been given approval for the loan before you're starting to look for your property. So taht you you can get know how much you're effort to budget for the property you're going to purchase.
  • The following are the basic documentations that required for a loan application:
  1. A photocopy of NRIC
  2. A photocopy of Income Tax Return (J Form)
  3. A photocopy of salary slips / Business Registration Documents (if self employed)
  4. A photocopy of bank statement
  5. A photocopy of  Profit & Loss Account for company (if self employed)
  6. Details of property, i.e. Sale & Purchase Agreement
  • Guideline of consideration when purchasing property:
  • Downpayment
  • loan eligibility
  • Repayment capability
  • Impact of changing interest rates
  • Period f loan repayment
  • Additional fees such as processing fee, legal & stamp duty, valuation fee, insurance, etc.
